“Emma spent a couple of hours with us in our living room, taking the time to really understand our home, how we use the space and what we wanted to achieve. She asked lots of thoughtful questions and genuinely listened to our ideas and preferences. The mood board she subsequently created for us was fantastic! She captured the character of our barn conversion perfectly, bringing together rich colours, natural materials and quirky, individual touches in ways we would never have thought of ourselves. What we particularly loved was how personal the design felt. It wasn’t just a beautiful room on paper; it reflected our personalities and how we live. We were so inspired by her ideas that we’ve already painted the room almost exactly the shade of teal she recommended, and the flying owl artwork featured in her design now hangs proudly on our wall! Emma has a wonderful eye for colour, texture and detail, but just as importantly, she takes the time to understand the people she’s designing for. We couldn’t be happier with the inspiration she’s given us and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking to breathe new life into their home.”
